Brief description of the project, goals and expected results:
With the implementation of the project, the ESCO Group will improve and optimize business through 5 business processes: human resources management, finance and accounting, sales, marketing and logistics. The implementation of all project activities will affect the solution of detected problems related to IT equipment and technology, which directly affect almost all business processes. Procurement of software will enable the strengthening of the market position, increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the company's operations. The supply and implementation of mainly software solutions and related necessary computer equipment will contribute to an increase in sales revenue of the company of 58.79%, the purchase of ICT equipment and software in the amount of HRK 436,108.00.
